Montessori ONE Academy is the only AMI-recognized (Association Montessori International/USA), authentic Montessori preschool and elementary school in Albuquerque. Children at Montessori ONE Academy are encouraged to explore, investigate and fulfill their natural curiosity about the world around them. "A question most parents struggle with early on is the question of child care. When my husband and I were faced with this decision as our daughter approached her first birthday and I needed to return to work, the process of finding a preschool felt daunting and overwhelming. Montessori One has created a very meaningful, high-quality distance learning program. During this Covid-19 pandemic, for our family, in-person classroom learning is not an option. As my grandson begins his 4th grade studies, I am particularly pleased with his teacher and the great degree of enthusiasm and focus on learning that she brings to class each day. It is very gratifying to watch as all the on-line students gather each morning and prepare to work—they are challenged to their fullest abilities.
