Montessori ONE Academy is the only AMI-recognized (Association Montessori International/USA), authentic Montessori preschool and elementary school in Albuquerque. Children at Montessori ONE Academy are encouraged to explore, investigate and fulfill their natural curiosity about the world around them. "My son transitioned to Montessori ONE from an in-home day care environment at 18 months, and despite severe separation, his transition was relatively smooth. At nearly 3 years old now, he is thriving and I continue to feel that the staff are open in communicating his daily routine and helping us with extending aspects of Montessori theory into our home. IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR JUST A DAY CARE or someone that is going to care for your child more than 40 hours/week, this is probably not the place for your child...this is truly an educational facility that offers child care beyond school hours."

"My child currently attends the school and is scheduled to graduate this year. The academic levels are extremely high and I have to say that my child has progressed very well. Whilst I am sure all teachers offer the same level of education and teachings, I have to limit my comments to Ms. Sarita. She is perhaps the finest teacher I have ever met, and the students in her class reflect that. My child has been in her class for over 3 years and I have to say that "amazing" as a word does not do justice to how great she is."
