Montessori ONE’s Toddler program works with children ages 18 months through three years. Guides demonstrate Montessori fundamentals that will prepare Toddlers for a successful Montessori education. Montessori’s Universal Values, Freedom Within Limits, Prepared Environment, Practical Life, and curriculum “Works” are introduced. As with all authentic Montessori programs, students interact in a mixed-age group environment that provides younger students with positive role models and exposure to higher levels of learning, while older Toddlers begin development of early leadership skills. The Montessori tenants continue in the Primary Preschool program. The Primary program serves children ages three through six. Montessori’s Universal Values, Freedom Within Limits, Prepared Environment, Practical Life, and curriculum “Works” continue at a more complex level. With the use of specific Montessori materials, language development and mathematic capabilities bloom. It is common to see Primary students spelling, writing in cursive, executing the four main mathematical functions, effectively problem solving, and becoming increasingly curious and enthusiastic about learning. The Prepared Environment is of the utmost importance in an authentic Montessori school. Montessori ONE Academy’s customized design and build creates the ideal environment for children to learn and develop. An abundance of natural light, child-sized furniture and materials, organized and clutter-free spaces give children a calm, peaceful, and inspiring environment to learn.

"Montessori ONE Academy has set the standard for what preschool education can be and for what can be accomplished when a parent invests in early education."
"A question most parents struggle with early on is the question of child care. When my husband and I were faced with this decision as our daughter approached her first birthday and I needed to return to work, the process of finding a preschool felt daunting and overwhelming. We wanted the time our daughter spent away from us to be spent in an environment that was supportive, affirming and challenging. We didn’t want a daycare; we wanted a school. We visited many programs in Albuquerque, and I left each one feeling disappointed and wondering if I should just quit my job and stay home with my daughter. Then we discovered Montessori ONE Preschool Academy. When you observe a classroom at Montessori One, you observe a unique child-centered environment. You see a collaborative partnership between the expertise of the child and the guidance of the teacher, passionate educators who have an understanding of every child’s individual development and who have done so much to foster our girls’ growing independence and potential. Knowing that our children are in this stimulating environment during the day and seeing the incredible social and educational growth resulting from the time spent at Montessori ONE fills me with overwhelming gratitude."
"Thank you so much for allowing our son to attend your magnificent school. I'm so pleased with how he has developed over the past few years. Your teachers and staff are great! Thank you for always listening with an open ear and for all the advice you have given us!"

"We feel that this is the best Montessori school in the city and that the cost incurred is well worth it. We feel that the teachers are so very caring, and completely aid in the learning of the children and fostering a great since of independence. I would Highly recommend this school."
"I wanted to send you a note of appreciation for the opportunity to learn about the "how and why" behind what Ms. Jodi is doing in her classroom. She has always been helpful with ideas and advice to help me communicate better with Riley when I've expressed challenges we've faced. We've incorporated a lot of the classroom routine into our home life in an effort to make Riley's world consistent and give her the same opportunities for independence and learning at home as she has at school. Never would I have thought a 2-year-old was capable of this level of responsibility and independence prior to seeing what she has accomplished in your school. Thank you, to you and Jodi. I realize that both of us attend and learn from your school and I look forward to participating in future opportunities you provide parents to learn more about your approach."
