Our Team
Montessori educators are known as “Guides”. Montessori Guides are educated in Montessori philosophy and methodology and have demonstrated the ability, dedication, enthusiasm, and compassion to put the Montessori Method into practice. Guides provide an organized, nurturing environment that creates social independence, focus, and calm, as well as, opportunities for cooperative learning, peer teaching, and emotional development. Using Montessori-designed materials, activities, and experiences, Montessori ONE Academy’s trained Guides foster physical, intellectual, creative, social, emotional, and spiritual development of each child by working with the individual at his or her own pace.
